Email Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a resourceful Email Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns. This position blends email coordination, community engagement, and administrative support, ideal for an organized individual with a marketing mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with setup and scheduling of email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates.
• Track performance data and compile clear reports for internal teams.
• Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, and shared resources.
• Support return trends tracking by analyzing portal data.
• Respond to community engagement via DMs, ad comments, and customer threads.
• Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad‑hoc admin tasks.
• Research competitive campaigns and trends when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or admin support.
• Strong attention to data and detail, especially in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable managing shifting priorities with calm and clarity.

Required skills

• Klaviyo or Mailchimp (email marketing platforms).

• Asana or ClickUp (project management tools).
