Email Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a resourceful Email Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns. The role combines email coordination, community engagement, and administrative support, ideal for an organized, detail‑oriented marketer who enjoys working behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and schedule email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates.
• Track performance metrics and compile clear reports for internal teams.
• Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, and shared resources.
• Analyze return‑portal data to support return‑trend tracking.
• Respond to community engagement via DMs, ad comments, and customer threads.
• Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad‑hoc admin tasks.
• Research competitive campaigns and industry trends when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong attention to data accuracy.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and project‑management platforms such as Asana or ClickUp.
• Excellent written communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Capability to manage shifting priorities calmly and clearly.
