Finance Analyst – Procurement

About the role

The Finance Analyst – Procurement provides financial support and business partnering to the procurement function, ensuring cost management, spend visibility, and value delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed variance analysis between landed and standard costs, identifying drivers such as supplier price changes, freight, duties, and exchange rates.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor material cost trends and support corrective actions.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities related to procurement spend.
• Track procurement savings, cost avoidance initiatives, and key performance indicators, delivering timely reports for decision‑making.
• Partner with procurement and supply‑chain teams on sourcing decisions, contract negotiations, and financial scenario modeling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance, procurement finance or supply‑chain finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial analysis and modeling.
• Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of standard costing and landed cost methodologies.
