About the role
Meftihe Microfinance S.C., a micro‑finance institution operating across urban and rural Ethiopia, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead its finance function at the head office.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee finance operations at the head office.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Required profile
- BA or MA degree in Accounting.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
