About the role
We are seeking an experienced Growth Data Scientist to lead experimentation, product analytics, and statistical modeling for our remote team. The role focuses on driving product decisions through data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and controlled experiments.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, north‑star metrics, funnels, and behavioral metrics.
- Analyze user acquisition, engagement, conversion, churn, and retention.
- Build statistical models for retention, LTV, uplift, and user behavior.
Required profile
- 4+ years hands‑on data science experience (5+ years preferred).
- Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Operations Research.
- Active and credible professional LinkedIn profile.
Required skills
- SQL
