Influencer Marketing Assistant – TikTok Focus

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative and organized Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our TikTok campaigns. You will work remotely, helping brands grow their presence on the platform by coordinating with creators and tracking performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Assist in managing the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators or internal teams.
• Research and shortlist potential influencers for collaborations.
• Handle outreach via DMs or email and keep communication logs.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optional: Respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content, and influencer pipelines.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
