Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Officer to join our team in Addis Ababa. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting our advertising and engineering business with strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse trends to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and grow social media platforms, creating engaging content.
• Design and produce advertising materials and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in marketing and sales, preferably in advertising or engineering.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
