Packaging Process Operator

About the role

Join a dynamic team that drives the packaging operations of a leading beverage company. As a Packaging Process Operator you will ensure the smooth running of packaging equipment, maintain high standards of safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Start‑up, shut‑down and operate packaging machines.
• Perform brand pack changes and autonomous maintenance.
• Verify correct set‑up and monitor process performance.
• Coach and train operational staff to optimise equipment effectiveness.
• Assist in problem‑solving for specific process areas.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects that enhance process capability.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Required profile

• Active team player with vigilance and quick action.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and manual dexterity.
• Matric qualification and ability to work shifts.
• At least three years of experience in a packaging process environment.
• Demonstrated performance record within SAB/AB InBev.
