Parts Sales & Spare Parts Manager (PSSM)

About the role

The Parts Sales & Spare Parts Manager (PSSM) is responsible for driving growth of the spare parts business, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and act as the bridge between sales and service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve spare parts sales and profit targets.
• Identify new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Promote and sell spare parts for construction machinery, compressors, and other equipment.
• Prepare quotations, follow up orders, and manage customer contracts.
• Conduct customer visits to assess parts requirements.
• Coordinate with service and workshop teams on technical specifications.
• Ensure correct parts are supplied according to equipment specifications.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the spare parts sales and store teams.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts sales and management, preferably in construction machinery, heavy equipment, compressors, or industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts, sales processes, inventory management, and customer relations.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, communication, and sales abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.
