Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will join Aslal Digital Solutions in Addis Ababa to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. Working on‑site, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, presenting the company’s digital marketing and e‑commerce services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through phone, email and digital channels.
• Deliver tailored presentations and demos in collaboration with technical and marketing teams.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics.
• Gather client requirements to support campaign planning and provide market feedback.
• Handle basic post‑sale customer service issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in client onboarding, training sessions and internal knowledge‑sharing workshops.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present solutions and close deals in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to deliver clear product presentations and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Amharic or Afaan Oromoo is a plus.

Required skills

• Performance marketing on Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Basic understanding of e‑commerce integration and optimization.
