About the role

BGI Ethiopia is seeking energetic fresh graduates to join the sales team in Addis Ababa. You will learn the business, promote our products and develop a long‑term career in sales.

Key responsibilities

Promote and sell company products to customers across the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
Visit sales outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility and distribution.
Work towards sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor market activities, customer needs and competitor movements.

Required profile

Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or a related field.
High energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Results‑driven mindset with willingness to work towards targets.
Proactive, resilient and eager to learn, with willingness to travel within the territory.
