Sales Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Specialist position is based in Bahir Dar and focuses on driving revenue growth through direct customer engagement and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, conduct product or service presentations, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Manage a sales pipeline, prepare quotations, negotiate terms within defined guidelines, and maintain accurate records in the company’s sales systems.
• Provide ongoing customer support, collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, and participate in training sessions to stay current on offerings and sales techniques.

• Strong communication skills with clear verbal and written interaction.
• Demonstrated customer‑service capabilities, empathy, and problem‑solving.
• Proven sales experience with lead generation, deal closing, and meeting performance goals.
