Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will work on‑site in Ethiopia to generate new business and nurture existing client relationships for 360 Ground’s software, ICT and hardware solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for government, enterprise and NGO customers, delivering presentations, proposals and negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the public and private sectors.
• Visit client sites, conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and smooth handover.
• Track sales activities, maintain pipeline reports and provide market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, account management or business development, preferably in ICT or technology solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills within government, enterprise or NGO environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a high degree of professionalism and ethics.
