Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, team members, contractors and visitors at the Hilton hotel in Addis Ababa. This role monitors hotel operations, documents incidents, and leads the security team to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain constant vigilance of hotel premises and operations.
• Document and review incidents promptly to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee and train the Security Team, manage work schedules and enforce policies.
• Conduct regular briefings and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Recommend improvements to surveillance, security and fire systems.

Required profile

• Previous security experience, preferably in high‑traffic environments.
• Experience planning, organizing and enforcing security systems.
• Current, verifiable qualifications in fire safety, safety and first aid.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional personal presentation.
• Additional training experience with relevant qualifications is a plus.
