About the role
Elevate Design & Build PLC is looking for a senior business development professional to open new doors and drive growth across institutional, cultural and commercial sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, shape and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and government bodies.
- Translate Elevate’s story into signed contracts.
- Provide structure and leadership for day‑to‑day business operations.
- Participate in strategic decision‑making at the executive level.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience leading teams and delivering results.
- Creative thinker who can spot opportunities where others see obstacles.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage administration of a growing firm.
- Natural leader whose influence comes from performance, not title.
- Comfortable operating in ministries, boardrooms, site offices and informal settings.
