About the role
Yegna Microfinance Institution S.C., a licensed microfinance organization in Ethiopia, is expanding its interest‑free microfinance business. The institution seeks three Senior Customer Service Officers to support low‑income communities, women, youth and SMEs. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations within the microfinance branch.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in banking or microfinance.
- BA degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Economics or related fields.
