About the role

The Ethiopian Quality Award Organization seeks a senior professional to independently plan and execute national and sector‑specific quality award operations, coordinate capacity‑building training, and manage the overall competition process.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute quality award operations at national and sector levels.
  • Coordinate and deliver capacity‑building training programmes.
  • Update evaluation documents and manage the competition workflow.

Required profile

  • BA/BSc or MA/MSc/MBA in any field (preferred: Engineering, Quality Management, Applied Science, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience for master’s holders or 6 years for bachelor’s holders, with at least 3 years at senior expert level in quality assurance or institutional reform/change management.

Required skills

  • Certified training in Quality Audit (ISO/QMS).
  • Lean Management.
  • Six Sigma.
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA) or Training of Trainers (TOT).
