Senior Sales Manager – International Energy Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our energy metering and new energy storage portfolio across international markets. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building long‑term customer relationships, and strengthening our global market position.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual sales targets for the assigned territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the energy sector.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, distributors and end‑users, managing key accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Conduct customer needs analysis, create tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to contract negotiation and project kickoff.
• Gather market intelligence through trade shows and research, delivering analysis to support product development and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with internal technical, project management, logistics and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order execution and post‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, International Business or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of proven international sales experience in energy, metering or power‑solution industries, with a strong track record of meeting quotas.
• Experience in African markets is highly desirable.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work effectively in cross‑cultural environments.
