Senior Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive senior technical recruiter who thrives on building recruitment processes from the ground up. You will own full‑cycle hiring for both professional and blue‑collar positions, ensuring a steady flow of high‑quality talent to support our rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and selection for diverse roles.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume blue‑collar and specialized professional positions.
• Design and implement structured, competency‑based interview processes, including scorecards and evaluation tools.
• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs, set hiring priorities and define realistic timelines.
• Drive employer branding initiatives through talent outreach, social media strategies and creative campaigns.
• Track and report recruitment metrics via dashboards and weekly updates to leadership.
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Train and coach hiring managers on best‑in‑class interviewing techniques and bias awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on talent acquisition experience, preferably in high‑volume or fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to build or scale recruitment systems, processes and pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with a bias for disciplined, fast execution under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional judgment and strict confidentiality.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and modern recruitment tools.
