Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Commission Only

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Flowmingo Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will leverage your professional network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR leaders, recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to HR and recruitment contacts in your network to present Flowmingo.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and demonstrate its benefits.
• Facilitate introductions between prospects and our sales team and support onboarding of new users.
• Collect and relay feedback from users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained network of HR and recruiting decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
