Senior Unity Developer

About the role

iLogos Game Studios is seeking a Senior Unity Developer to help build and maintain a match‑3 mobile game enjoyed by millions. You will work remotely, shaping core gameplay systems while collaborating with a global, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement game systems and features using Unity.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and set technical direction.
• Optimize memory usage and performance across iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Maintain code quality, follow best practices, and ensure scalability.
• Provide accurate estimations and planning for feature delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Unity development experience.
• Track record of shipping live or released mobile games.
• Strong C# expertise and deep knowledge of Unity best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, scene organization).
• Experience with game architecture, scalable systems, and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with Dependency Injection.
• Proven ability to own features from concept through release.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
