About the role
We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to build dependable APIs, services, integrations, and backend workflows while learning production engineering practices within a multidisciplinary, fully remote team.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Write tests and actively participate in code reviews.
- Support debugging, delivery automation, and production readiness.
- Document design decisions and understand the operating context of the software.
Required profile
- Working knowledge of at least one language: Java, Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Understanding of HTTP, APIs, databases, and version‑control fundamentals.
- Ability to explain implementation choices and seek context when blocked.
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously in a remote team.
