About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help brands grow their online presence. You will design and execute social media strategies that boost reach, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
• Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
