Trainee Banker – Interest Free Banking

About the role

The Interest Free Banking (IFB) trainee will support Siket Bank in delivering its IFB products and services efficiently. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to banking operations while contributing to the bank’s mission of financial inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the objectives of the Interest Free Banking unit.
• Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of IFB product delivery.
• Assist in internal process optimisation and risk management related to IFB services.
• Support customer service initiatives to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior staff on compliance and reporting tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum BA degree from a recognised institution in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance or a related field.
• Banking industry experience is mandatory, even if entry‑level.
• Passed the national exit exam with a CGPA of 3.00 or higher.
