About the role
Yegna Microfinance Institution S.C. is hiring ten Trainee Officers on a permanent basis in Addis Ababa. The position is open to fresh graduates and provides an entry‑level opportunity to work in a licensed microfinance organization focused on financial inclusion.
Required profile
- BA degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields
- Graduates of 2017 Ethiopian Calendar (E.C.) or later
- Knowledge of marketing and sales is considered advantageous
