User Management Advisor

About the role
The User Management Advisor will support Ethiopian users daily, gather feedback and help improve product features. The role also involves translating and localising content to ensure cultural relevance.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with and provide daily support to users in Ethiopia, collect feedback and coordinate improvements.
- Translate and proofread content in Ethiopian languages for natural and accurate expression.
- Plan and execute localized activities based on cultural background and consumer preferences.
Required profile
- Full or near‑full proficiency in Afaan Oromo; English required; Amharic a plus.
- Strong communication, cross‑cultural understanding and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in user operations, live streaming or voice chat rooms is preferred.
Required skills
- Basic data analysis.
- Proficiency with common office software such as Excel.
- Proficiency with common office software such as Word.
