Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive our digital strategy. In this role you will implement tracking, analyse user behaviour, and produce clear reports to optimise website performance and marketing ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau for stakeholder KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on data findings to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
