About the role

The Branch Business Manager is responsible for leading branch‑level growth and excellence by driving customer acquisition, sales performance, and market expansion while aligning initiatives with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

Lead branch growth by driving customer acquisition and sales performance.
Mobilize resources and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the bank’s business goals.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, processes and guidelines.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics, IT or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Experience using core banking systems and other in‑house software.
Project management capabilities.
