Branch Business Manager I - Shekinah Omonadah Branch, Jimma

About the role

Dashen Bank is recruiting a Branch Business Manager I for its Shekinah Omonadah branch in the Jimma district. The role leads growth and excellence at branch level by driving customer acquisition, sales performance and market expansion, while mobilising and deploying resources and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with the Bank's business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as marketing management, accounting, management, economics, business administration or information technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least seven years of relevant experience, including one year in a supervisory position.

Required skills

• Understanding of the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
• Knowledge of modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks, with guidance on quality improvements and operational changes.
• Good knowledge of banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines, applied to meet compliance standards.
• Ability to handle basic client enquiries and advise on and resolve most requests.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and of the core banking system and other in-house software.
• Project management skills.
