Business Development Executive – Sales

About the role

Melfan Tech is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of its ERP, custom software, mobile and digital solutions. You will turn conversations into qualified opportunities and help the company achieve its ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and networking.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Present ERP, custom software, mobile and digital solutions to prospects.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Record all sales activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Confident, proactive and target‑oriented.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Passion for achieving sales targets and growing with a technology company.
