About the role
A leading EPC company is hiring Civil Site Engineers for ongoing international transmission line projects in Ethiopia. The work covers foundation and structural works on towers for projects above 500kV. The position is long term, with an online interview process.
Key responsibilities
- Execute tower foundation works, including pile foundations and open foundations
- Supervise the site and monitor progress
- Carry out quantity estimation and coordinate materials
- Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance
- Coordinate with the electrical team for tower erection readiness
Required profile
- Diploma, BE or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (regular)
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- Experience in transmission line foundation works preferred
- Experience in T&D (transmission and distribution) projects above 400kV
Required skills
- Knowledge of soil investigation
- Ability to read structural drawings
