About the role

Hudson Manpower is hiring Civil Site Engineers for ongoing international transmission line projects in Ethiopia, working with a leading EPC company. The work covers foundation and structural works on towers for EHV transmission lines above 500kV.

Key responsibilities

Execute tower foundation works (pile and open foundations)
Supervise the site and monitor progress
Carry out quantity estimation and coordinate materials
Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance
Coordinate with the electrical team for tower erection readiness

Required profile

Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (regular college)
8 to 10 years of experience
Experience in T&D (Transmission and Distribution) projects above 400kV is mandatory
Experience in transmission line foundation works preferred

Required skills

Knowledge of soil investigation
Ability to read structural drawings
