Client Relationship Officer (Gambella)

About the role

The Client Relationship Officer will be based in Gambella, Ethiopia and will serve as the primary point of contact for Inkomoko’s portfolio of clients. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong, professional relationships, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and that clients understand the range of services offered.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues and handling escalations.
• Engage clients regularly through interviews and follow‑up calls to identify concerns and improve satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver presentations that explain Inkomoko’s products and services to new and existing clients.
• Update clients on portfolio activity, performance and success stories.
• Design and implement marketing initiatives aimed at expanding the customer base.
• Create and maintain a customer relationship management strategy to drive retention.
• Tri­age and coordinate customer support incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Inkomoko’s service offerings to provide accurate information.
