Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support TalentPop’s e‑commerce growth. Working remotely, you will help increase online visibility, engage customers, and drive traffic to our Shopify store and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., open rates, website traffic, conversions).
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in implementing new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organisation and basic analysis.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
