Disability Inclusion Knowledge Management Consultant (Remote, 3 months)

About the role

UNICEF Ethiopia seeks an international consultant to strengthen disability inclusion knowledge management. Over a three‑month period, you will organise existing guidance, tools and resources into a user‑friendly SharePoint library and create practical outputs for immediate programme use.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and structure disability inclusion materials currently scattered across SharePoint, OneDrive and programme folders.
• Develop an internal SharePoint‑based library that is easy to navigate for staff and future recruits.
• Produce an assistive technology roadmap for livelihood interventions under the Mastercard Foundation project.
• Create an onboarding package for specialist‑level and senior recruits.
• Collaborate with the Social Policy Chief, LNOB team, programme sections, field offices and operations as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in knowledge management, preferably within international development or disability inclusion contexts.
• Familiarity with UNICEF’s disability inclusion frameworks and resources.
• Ability to work independently under remote conditions while maintaining strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
