Door to Door Sales Person

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Door to Door Sales Person to join our team in Addis Ababa. You will promote and sell our range of flavored potato chips directly to residential and commercial customers, representing the brand in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Visit neighborhoods and commercial areas to present product features and benefits.
• Answer customer questions, handle objections, and close sales.
• Identify new prospects and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
• Collect customer feedback and report daily sales activities to the supervisor.
• Assist with basic merchandising, product arrangement, and display compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in face‑to‑face or door‑to‑door sales with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with active listening and clear communication.
• Good physical stamina for walking long distances and working outdoors in varying weather.
• Basic numeracy for handling cash, tracking quantities, and completing simple sales reports.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with Addis Ababa neighborhoods and local markets is an advantage.
• Previous experience in FMCG or food product sales is a plus.
