About the role
The Electrical Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining and restoring the basic condition of assets in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, improving efficiency, and reducing costs through standardized practices.
Key responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure machine availability and reliability.
- Identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes, TPM, 5S, RCFA and BDA.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and workshop conditions, and coordinate repairs with contractors.
- Maintain safety, GMP, and food‑safety standards, and report any issues promptly.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably FMCG.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and broad technical knowledge of electrical and automation systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to develop work instructions and procedures.
