About the role
The Production Technical Operator is responsible for running production machinery at rated capacity while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires knowledge of multiple machines and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment and report safety risks.
- Execute production processes, including start‑up, operation, shutdown, and weekly cleaning.
- Monitor and control product quality, such as seal quality, date coding, frying, and seasoning.
- Collect, analyze, and update production performance data.
- Prepare and manage raw materials, ensuring their quality.
Required profile
- Minimum B.Sc. in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduate – no prior experience required.
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak).
Required skills
- Knowledge of multiple production machinery and equipment.
- Understanding of CILT, GMP, HSSE, and 5S standards.
- Basic computer application skills.
