Global Graduate Finance Program

About the role

Heineken’s Global Graduate Program – Finance offers a three‑year rotational journey designed to fast‑track recent graduates into finance leadership. Participants will rotate through three six‑month assignments, beginning in the Heineken operating company in Ethiopia, followed by a cross‑functional role in Ethiopia, and concluding with an international placement.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a six‑month finance rotation within the Ethiopian operating company, gaining core functional knowledge and insight into Heineken’s strategy and culture.
• Undertake a second six‑month cross‑functional assignment in Ethiopia, broadening perspective across business areas.
• Participate in a six‑month international assignment to develop a global mindset and cultural adaptability.
• After the rotations, assume a finance management position within the Ethiopian home operating company, applying learned skills to drive business performance.
