Head of Strategic Partnerships & Organizational Growth

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and highly strategic leader to head our Strategic Partnerships & Organizational Growth function. The role will serve as the public face of the consultancy within the regional development ecosystem, building high‑impact consortia and scaling our institutional footprint across health and development sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and cultivate relationships with international NGOs, UN agencies, academic institutions and regional bodies to form competitive bidding consortia.
• Act as the primary B2B contact, representing the firm at development forums, health sector networking events and donor roundtables.
• Monitor procurement portals (ReliefWeb, UNGM, developmentaid.org) to source high‑value public‑health and socio‑economic consultancy opportunities.
• Conduct rapid strategic assessments of open calls and lead the positioning, capability framing and conceptualisation of technical proposals.
• Coordinate the preparation of donor‑ready annexes, including CVs, performance metrics and compliance documents.
• Maintain and enhance the corporate digital footprint, website content and registration profiles on major vendor databases (e.g., SAM.gov, UN Global Marketplace).

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Global Affairs, Business Administration or a closely related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in the development or health sector with a proven track record in partnership development, institutional networking or proposal coordination.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong public presence, high emotional intelligence and deep familiarity with donor procurement frameworks.
