Instant Network School (INS) Coach

About the role

The INS Coach will lead the implementation and management of the Instant Network Schools program within the Kefeta‑affiliated Youth Centers in Ethiopia, ensuring alignment with Amref Health Africa and Vodafone Foundation objectives. The role supports youth empowerment through digital hubs, delivering training and life‑skill development to improve education and employment pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee digitisation of ten youth service delivery outlets and ensure INS infrastructure is operational.
• Coordinate integrated youth training and skill‑development programmes, focusing on digital literacy and tech‑sector pathways.
• Liaise with Amref Health Africa, Vodafone Foundation and local partners such as Safaricom Ethiopia to align program activities.
• Monitor and report on programme performance, impact metrics and resource utilisation.
• Facilitate community engagement to promote participation of refugee and host‑community youth.
• Manage budgets, procurement of equipment and maintenance of digital hubs.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to youth participants, fostering life‑skill acquisition and employability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing education or youth development projects, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
• Strong understanding of digital learning tools and community‑based service delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and NGOs.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
