About the role

Yegna Microfinance Institution is hiring three Light Vehicle Drivers for a permanent position based in Addis Ababa. The drivers will support the institution’s operations by transporting staff, documents, and small goods as needed.

Key responsibilities

Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently for internal and external trips.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness, routine maintenance, and report any issues promptly.
Carry out basic administrative tasks related to vehicle usage, such as logging mileage.

Required profile

1‑2 years of relevant driving experience.
Valid driver’s license for light vehicles (category 1 or equivalent).
Diploma or Level 4 education in automotive mechanics or automotive technology, or completed 10th/12th grade.
Experience in a large organization with similar responsibilities is preferred.
