About the role
We are looking for a motivated Support Engineer Intern to join our engineering team for a three‑month paid internship. You will work onsite in Addis Ababa, gaining hands‑on experience with real production systems and learning how to provide technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Triaging support tickets and investigating issues.
- Analyzing logs and assisting in root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborating with developers to implement fixes and prepare releases.
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and knowledge‑base articles.
Required profile
- Recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Curious, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
- Strong interest in IT support and production environments.

- Basic SQL
