Partnership and Collaboration Officer (Volunteer)

About the role

The Partnership and Collaboration Officer will work closely with the Agency for Civil Society Organization (ACSO) in Addis Ababa to strengthen civil society capacities and foster strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential stakeholders for strategic alliances with international and local organisations.
• Maintain a stakeholder database and review existing partnership agreements.
• Assess common challenges faced by CSOs and provide recommendations.
• Develop a stakeholder engagement strategy highlighting best practices and collaboration opportunities.
• Detect performance gaps in CSOs and propose capacity‑building, technical assistance or policy interventions.

Required profile

• A degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in volunteer management, programme development or community engagement.
