Remote Cold Calling Appointment Setter (Ethiopia)

About the role

A client of SnappyCX, a cold calling appointment setting agency, is hiring remote Appointment Setters to join its outbound campaign team. You will make high-volume cold calls to business owners in the United States with the main goal of booking qualified sales meetings. The role is fully remote and requires working strict US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls each day using a power dialer to reach decision-makers in the US.
• Pitch confidently, handle gatekeepers and objections, and use provided scripts and battle cards.
• Update lead statuses, call dispositions and meeting notes in Zoho CRM.
• Trigger automated follow-up SMS and email sequences for prospects who do not answer or ask for more information.
• Hit daily and weekly quotas for connected calls and booked appointments.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales or appointment setting targeting the US, UK or Australian markets.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral, highly understandable accent, able to talk naturally with US doctors, clinic managers and accountants.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience to rejection.
• Willingness to work strict US business hours.

Required skills

• CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferred).
• VoIP power dialer experience.
• Stable wired fiber internet (minimum 20 Mbps), backup power (UPS or inverter), a modern laptop/desktop and a USB noise-canceling headset.
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace.
