Sales and Marketing Executive Assistant

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Sales and Marketing Deputy Manager and other senior executives. The role combines administrative duties with coordination of internal and external resources to ensure smooth operations and achievement of company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, emails, calls, and client interactions for the sales and marketing leadership.
• Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
• Provide office support such as meeting arrangements, minute taking, and departmental reporting.
• Maintain departmental databases, ensure confidentiality of sensitive information, and organize team communications and events.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an executive or administrative support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience using project management software.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and expense management.
