Sales and Marketing Specialist – Technology & Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our technology development and advertising services team in Addis Ababa. You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
• Conduct client meetings, present solutions, negotiate contracts and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and prepare sales collateral.
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues on sales processes and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and gather market insights.
• Contribute to the development of strategic sales and marketing plans.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience, including pipeline management.
• Experience delivering training on sales techniques or product knowledge.
• Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing principles.
• Ability to work on‑site in Addis Ababa and thrive in a fast‑paced team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with basic office tools and CRM or sales software; analytical and reporting abilities are a plus.
