About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our client’s sales operations in the high‑end furniture sector. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding the B2B client base, and delivering a premium showroom experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide, mentor and evaluate a high‑performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives to grow retail, corporate and B2B portfolios, including interior designers, architects and commercial accounts.
  • Analyze sales metrics, forecast trends and optimise showroom performance.
  • Ensure an unparalleled client experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of proven success in a sales management role within high‑end retail, luxury furniture or interior design.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative yet decisive leadership style with a track record of talent development and accountability.
