Sales Officer (Outdoor) – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, persuasive and self‑motivated Sales Officer to join our hybrid team in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on field‑based sales of Novatra’s AI‑powered digital services to small‑business owners across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, cold outreach and in‑person visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Present and pitch Novatra’s AI‑driven marketing, web development and outsourcing solutions to owners in real‑estate, education, services and other industries.
• Record activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools and collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B or digital services sales experience.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Amharic.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, outsourcing and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently, balancing office and field duties.
• High emotional intelligence and confidence when engaging decision‑makers.
