About the role

Margo Medical Pharma PLC is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to join its hybrid team in Addis Ababa. You will drive sales of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, working both on‑site and remotely to meet market demand.

Key responsibilities

Prospect new customers and generate qualified leads.
Identify client needs and present appropriate product solutions.
Demonstrate products, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector.
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.

Required skills

Knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
Knowledge of medical devices.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
